When users install QuickBooks 2007, the installation screens will guide them through installations for either a single, stand-alone machine or for an environment where two or more machines are networked.
While the primary reason for this guide is to help users in a networked environment, many users plan on using QuickBooks on a stand-alone machine. Therefore we first turn to the following section, “Simple Install,” to cover installation for a single, stand-alone machine. The section “Network Install” begins on page 7.
