Complete Stock passenger intake. Please disconnect battery terminals before installation. NISMO 350Z only, remove front strut brace before installation. Disconnect MAF sensor harness. With 10mm socket or wrench, loosen the 5 bolts hold- ing in engine cover and remove. Loosen clamps using 5/16” nut driver. Loosen bolt holding in tube with 10mm socket or wrench. Pull back crank case line from vent box. Remove complete intake out of vehicle.

Installation Procedures
1. Locate the car’s battery in the compartment near the rear or the engine compartment on the passenger’s side. Using the 10mm wrench, disconnect the battery’s negative terminal.
2. Expose the ECU
a. Open the passenger side door and slide the passenger seat completely to the rear
b. (Photo 1) Locate the trim panel underneath the dashboard. Using your fingers, gently pull the panel down and remove it.
Note: The trim panel is held in place with plastic expanding fasteners.
c. (Photo 2) Locate the kick panel just forward of the passenger’s door. Using your fingers, remove the plastic nut securing the forward edge. Pull back the plastic trim strip covering the rubber door seal and firmly pull the panel to disengage the two tabs securing it near the door.

Nissan 350Z, 370Z TWM Performance Short Shifter Installation Instructions
It is preferable to park on a flat surface, as you will have to engage and disengage the hand brake and shift from gears to neutral. If you cannot do so and are obliged to install the shifter on a slightly inclined surface, place wooden blocks in front or behind the wheels to prevent the car from moving while you’re working.
1. Remove the stock shift knob by rotating it counter clockwise. Put it aside for re-installation later. This step may require the use of a strap wrench because the shift knob is glued in place from the factory. Make sure you cover the stock knob with a piece of leather or a towel before using this tool, as it could be damaged during this step.
2. Remove the locking ring from the shifter threads.
3. Lift the center console from the bottom of the shift boot. It’s only clipped on so it will come out easily.
